Cardio Kickboxing is a high-intensity 45 minute class focused on helping you perfect your stand-up combinations all while getting a sweat-inducing workout! The instructor yells out combinations and calisthenics to keep the pace and energy of this class high! Each person uses their own set of gloves (provided) and punching bag to throw jabs, crosses, hooks, and kicks at. This class is perfect for all skill levels, beginner to expert!
