Muay Thai is “The art of eight limbs” for its use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Fighters condition their muscles to use as armor during a fight, and condition their bones to use as weapons. MMA or Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of self-defense tactics, boxing, kickboxing, and other types of striking and submission grappling. In this class you will learn to not only defend yourself, but how to become a champion in the cage! Ask us about our fight team, if you're interested in competing in the cage.
